Can I request my own private room?

Unfortunately, our private rooms are now booked. They are only available to those whom pre-registered for them.

I plan on flying in. Where are the nearest airports located?

The 2 nearest airports to the Catholic Conference and Formation Center are:

In regular traffic, Dallas Lovefield is 17 minutes away from the conference center. DFW Airport is 30 minutes from the conference center. If arriving during rush hour, expect the trip to last up to 30 minutes.

I can’t be there for the entire retreat. Should I still come?

It’s best if you can make the full program, but you’re always welcome to join us as you are able; however, if you wish to serve on an Arise Prayer Team at Mary Immaculate, full participation is required.

I’m not comfortable praying with others. Will this be a problem?

We want you to feel safe and comfortable throughout the retreat; however, this leadership retreat focuses on teaching you how to pray with others. While we will not force you to do anything you are not comfortable with, if you do choose to opt out of prayer sessions, your experience will be hindered.
